Mohammed Lafrouji

Mohammed Lafrouji has been a member of the Casablanca Bar since 2000 and is the founder of Lafrouji Avocats. A former judge with nearly twenty years of experience within the Moroccan judiciary, he brings to the firm an in-depth understanding of court practice, procedural strategy and the realities of litigation in Morocco. He advises and represents clients in complex civil, real estate, commercial, administrative, inheritance and estate-related disputes, particularly where procedural, financial or personal stakes require an experienced and strategic approach. Admitted to appear before the Moroccan Court of Cassation, Mohammed Lafrouji assists clients in complex proceedings before Moroccan courts, with a strong command of judicial mechanisms and litigation practice.
