Reda Lafrouji

Reda Lafrouji is a lawyer moroccan member of the Bar in Casablanca. Prior to joining the bar, Reda Lafrouji has acquired a solid experience in business law and international law.

He regularly advises moroccan companies and international law, corporate and commercial law : creation of companies, drafting of license agreements, registration of patents, international contracts, commercial disputes (including emergency procedures, interim measures, disputes between partners).

Reda has recently acted as :

• Council in two international arbitration conducted in English and in French, respectively, before the ICC in Paris on a dispute in the amount of € 40 million and shareholder of an energy company pan-african (moroccan law) and, a dispute between a travel agency african and world association of airlines (international law).
  
  
• Counsel in an international arbitration conducted in English in front of the Swiss Centre for Arbitration (” Swiss Arbitration Center “) in Geneva between a distributor of medical products moroccan and supplier, Switzerland (swiss law), relating to a wrongful termination of the business relationship. 

• Board of a large French company of construction operations in Morocco in its policy differences with its consultants.
