Mohammed Lafrouji

Lawyer at the bar in Casablanca since 2000, Mohammed Lafrouji is the founder of the firm Lafrouji Lawyers.

Before joining the business of defence, Mr Mohammed Lafrouji has been a judge for more than 20 years and has chaired several courts of the Kingdom of Morocco. Mohammed Lafrouji has a thorough knowledge of civil law and, in particular, issues related to real estate, whether they are registered or not.

Mohammed Lafrouji recently stepped in as :

• Board of a large company with moroccan export in the agricultural sector in several proceedings before the customs authorities and courts in morocco.
• Board of several public and private hospitals in their disputes.
• Council on litigation proceedings, real estate and estate planning.
• Counselling in the context of an expropriation of the State of a property which is not titled.

Mohammed Lafrouji is registered at the Court of Cassation moroccan.
